If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us and we will address your concern.

If you'd like to process a return please review the criteria below.

Eligible for Returns

  • Shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Item is in its original condition and packaging 
  • Item has not been altered or resized 
  • NOTE: Items indicated as customized orders during the check out process are not eligible for return.

 Returns Process

  1. Read our return policy above to determine if your order qualifies.
  2. Contact us at customercare@fc-jewelry.com to alert us about your intent to return and we'll be clear about next steps.
  3. Your item must be in the original, undamaged, packaging, unworn and still have any tags attached to the item.
  4. Include a note with your order number inside the package so we know who to attribute the shipment to. Your name and contact information is also appreciated. If you need help locating your order number please let us know. And if it's easiest for you please print our email communication or your order confirmation.
  5. You must ship the return at your own cost.
  6. Email us the return tracking number for your package to customercare@fc-jewelry.com.

    Custom Orders

    Items that are indicated as custom orders during the check out process are not eligible for return.

    Order Cancellation

    Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not been fulfilled. Some orders are fulfilled immediately so we recommend checking your order carefully prior to checking out.
