Where do you ship?

We only ship domestically in the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time can vary based on the number of orders we receive, but should be completed within 2 days of placing the order. Once the order is processed shipping time will depend on the type of shipping you choose.

USPS First Class delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days once they leave our warehouse however shipping times vary based on USPS. Please note that any stated delivery times are purely estimates made by USPS. We are not responsible for shipping delays on behalf of USPS.

UPS Ground usually takes 2-3 business days. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. 

What shipping services do you use?

We offer USPS and UPS shipping options. 

What if USPS tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Check with your local USPS office immediately. Once the package leaves our facility, the shipping process is completely out of our hands. We can assist in opening a claim with USPS to try and locate your package. If you file a claim or request a refund through your bank then our ability to assist will be out of our hands and we'll need to wait for third party processes to take their course. Please know that USPS delivery people can make human errors on occasion and may mis-deliver a package, damage a package, or lose a package. If your label includes insurance we will resend your items. See below "Is my package insured?" for more details.

What if shipping is taking longer than expected?

Check with the shipping provider to get further information on the location of your package. We understand your frustration and once the package leaves our hands shipping times or delays are out of our control.

Is my package insured?

If you choose to purchase a "Standard Insured (USPS First Class)" label or UPS label your order will include shipping insurance. Insurance covers against packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If any of these happen with your package we will reship the the items immediately as inventory allows. We cannot offer a refund.

"Economy Uninsured (USPS First Class)" and "Free Uninsured (USPS First Class)" shipments do not include insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by USPS if shipped without insurance. You will want to communicate directly with your local Postmaster. Buyers assume responsibility for uninsured shipments. By making a purchase via payment processing, you agree that all shipping shortcomings are the responsibility of USPS and will not hold Findings & Connections accountable.

UPS shipments do automatically include insurance so you have peace of mind in the event your delivery is lost or damaged. However, this does not include theft following delivery.
